Dial-A-Ride is a reservation-based paratransit service for Jefferson County residents under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). If you have a disability that prevents you from using JTA fixed route bus services and you are within 3/4 of a mile from our fixed route, Dial-A-Ride is another transportation option for you.

Dial-A-Ride is a shared ride service, You will be riding with other Dial-A-Ride clients, and you wont always travel the most direct route to your destination. You may have to wait a short time to be picked up. When you make your trip reservations, you will receive a 30-minute pickup window.If you would like to have the Jefferson Transit Mobility Coordinator contact you regarding ADA/Dial-A-Ride services, please fill out the form on the website.
