TRANSPORTATION PROGRAMS AND AGENCIES FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
There are some transportation programs and agencies that specialize in getting those with disabilities where they need to go.
There are other options for transportation, the ones listed here are specific to those with diabilities. To see all available options, view the Provider Directory.
Programs
Pacific Transit Dial-A-Ride
Pacific Transit Dial-A-Ride is a curb-to-curb shared ride service provided through advance reservations providing rides to your medical appointments, grocery store, visiting friends, or anywhere in our Dial-A-Ride service area. To ride on the Dial-A-Ride you must be at least one of the following ADA Certified/ disabled, be a senior 65 years or older, or reside more than ¼ of a mile from a fixed route.

Coastal CAP Medical Transportation
At Coastal CAP, there are three different transportation programs that serve seniors, low-income residents, the disabled, and elderly who do not drive. Our specialized transportation is available to all, including senior citizens, people with limited mobility, people using wheelchairs and parents with children with special needs.
CC Rider Dial-A-Ride
CC Rider Dial-A-Ride service allows customers to contact the Dispatch office and schedule a time, date, and location to be picked up. The Dial-Ride program gives priority to seniors wishing to use the service. Please review the Dial-A-Ride Rider Guide and complete the registration.

Community in Motion Reserve-A-Ride
Community in Motion Reserve-A-Ride services may be available to residents of Clark, Cowlitz, or Wahkiakum counties and are persons with a disability, or older adults. They provide transportation for individuals to life-sustaining medical appointments.
Jefferson Transit Dial-A-Ride
Dial-A-Ride is a reservation-based paratransit service for Jefferson County residents under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). If you have a disability that prevents you from using JTA fixed route bus services and you are within 3/4 of a mile from our fixed route, Dial-A-Ride is another transportation option for you. If you would like to have the Jefferson Transit Mobility Coordinator contact you regarding ADA/Dial-A-Ride services, please fill out the application.

Intercity Transit Dial-A-Lift
Dial-A-Lift is a door-to-door, shared ride public transportation service for people with disabilities that prevent them from using our fixed route bus service. We offer Dial-A-Lift service where and when fixed route buses operate. You must complete an application, be eligible and certified to ride Dial-A-Lift.

Catholic Community Services
Catholic Community Services Western Washington (CCSWW) volunteer transportation service provides low-income elders and disabled adults with the transportation they need to be able to get to their medical appointments, the grocery store, and to other essential errands.
Golden Chariot
Golden Chariot Specialty Transport Service, LLC is committed to providing quality, cost effective transportation services for the elderly and disabled in a clean and comfortable family-like environment which promotes dignity and respect for those we serve. Golden Chariot Specialty Transport Service, LLC provides affordable individual transportation services for senior and disabled clients.
Mercy1 Transportation
You can't afford to miss your appointment and the quality care that you need. That's why you need to choose a quality transportation company that will get you where you need to be on time. So, give us a call at Mercy 1 Transportation. Specializing in local non-emergency transportation, we'll pick you up early to make sure you can get to your destination with time to spare. With four wheelchair vans available designed specifically for people in wheelchairs, we'll make sure to get both you and your chair loaded properly and safely deliver you to your destination.
Discount Fare Programs
Some agencies offer discount fare programs for seniors. This allows passes and single rides to be purchased at a cheaper price.
Pacific Transit
An ADA Monthly Pass is $18 and is good for the calendar month on all routes. These are for ADA Certified riders.
RiverCities Transit
Reduced fares are for those aged 65 and over, Medicare cardholders, and people with disabilities. Those wishing to take advantage of the reduced fares are required to show proof of age, a Medicare card, or fill out an application.
Reduced fares are $0.50 One Way and $1.00 for a Day Pass. Reduced passes are also available. These include a Monthly Pass for $7.00, a Quarterly Pass for $21.00, and an Annual Pass for $84.00.

Jefferson Transit
All routes on Jefferson Transit are fare free with the exception of #14 Kingston Express. Reduced fares for this route are available for those aged 60 and over, those with a disability, and RRFP card holders with proper ID.
C-Tran
Honored Citizen (senior, disabled and Medicare recipients) fares that are paid with Hop let you ride Local and Regional services at no additional charge once you've reached the daily maximum of $2.50 or monthly maximum of $28. If you transfer to C-TRAN Express, C-VAN paratransit or TriMet LIFT using an Honored Citizen fare, you'll be charged the price difference for a single fare.

Sunset Empire Transportation District
Discounted monthly passes are available for those who are aged 60 and over, have a disability, are active-duty military or a Veteran, a K-12 or college student, or are low income. Reduced Day Passes are available for $3.00 and Reduced Monthly Passes are available for $20.00.
An application is required to determine eligibility for a Reduced fare I.D Card.

CC-Rider
Qualifying individuals will receive $1 off their single ride fare. This program does not apply to monthly passes. Qualifying individuals include seniors, veterans, students, those with a disability, and low-income individuals.

PARATRANSIT OPTIONS
Paratransit is a transportation service that supplements fixed-route mass transit by providing individualized rides without fixed routes or timetables. Some agencies require an application to be considered for their program.
RiverCities LIFT
RiverCities LIFT is a curb to curb public transportation service for those persons whose disability limits their ability to ride the fixed-route independently. LIFT is a "safety net" for people who cannot use the Fixed Route service (big blue buses) by themselves because of a disability. RiverCities has worked hard to make our Fixed Route accessible. It is intended to be the main mode of public transportation for everyone in Longview and Kelso, including people with disabilities.

Twin Transit LIFTT
Need to get to a doctor's appointment? Time to get groceries? Ready for a fun day out? If you are living with a disability, Twin Transit's LIFTT Paratransit transportation service can help you get where you need to go. This service is designed for passengers who are unable to use our fixed route bus system due to functional or cognitive mobility limitation. It serves locations within ¾ of a mile of a Twin Transit fixed route.

Coastal CAP Medical Transportation

Our mission is to provide safe, timely, courteous and personalized transportation services that get you comfortably to and from your destination. Medicaid Medical Transportation through Paratransit Services is for residents on Medicaid/Provider One.
Paratransit Services
Paratransit Services provides great Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) brokerage services under contract with the State of Washington's Health Care Authority (HCA). Services include door to door trip coordination and scheduling as well as the distribution of bus passes from local municipalities to qualified recipients.
