LCCAPs rural transportation program is open to the public and connects Cowlitz and Clark counties. Vans are equipped with bike racks and are wheelchair accessible.

This service provides a link from the Kelso/Longview area south to connect with C-Tran with stops at rural communities along the I-5 corridor including Kalama and Woodland.

They also provide service northbound between Longview and Castle Rock where they connect with Twin Transit.
